I

am in a phase in my life where I don’t need the BIGGEST house, I simply want a house full of products that are functional and make my family’s living better.

These are my top picks from 2023 that have really solidified my routine for myself and my family in our home this past year.

There are a lot of great gift ideas here, so I have split them up into simple stocking fillers and choice presents to go under your Christmas tree – I hope you love them as much as I do!

STOCKING STUFFERS

I recently became a fan of Araza’s makeup because I found a brand that actually helps heal my skin rather than clogging my pores and worsening it. This brand has some of the cleanest ingredients on the market and isn’t comedogenic which means it keeps my pores happy.

It also contains zinc oxide so it doubles as a sun protectant from the Florida sun.

Fruit pigmented makeup for things like eyeliner and mascara has been the clean alternative I have found! This mascara lasts all day long!

The secret to keeping happy skin (especially while it stretches during pregnancy) is Ela Skin beef tallow, full of all of the fat soluble vitamins your body so desperately needs.

Something in particular that I love about Ela Skin is that it uses real herbs steeped in the tallow to make the scents, rather than essential oils. I prefer this because essential oils are photosensitive in the sun!

If you could switch one thing in your closet to 100% organic cotton, I would argue that it should be your underwear. Pact’s underwear are some of my favorite, and it’s an ultimate gamechanger to keeping UTIs away.

I’m not crunchy enough yet that I only wash my hair with apple cider vinegar and baking soda.. So yes, I do love a little shampoo and conditioner action!

I use John Masters Organic and I personally have found that it does everything that I need it to for my hair and it has a salon feel!

‘FRIDAY30’ for 30% off Black Friday!

Organ supplements have been critical during my pregnancy and postpartum journey and I have kept quite a few different blends in my cabinet from Heart & Soil Supplements.

I highly recommend the Female Vitality Package. Up to 35% off During Black Friday!

Bioptimizers has the best magnesium supplement I have found to date and it has been a crutch for me especially in the postpartum season!

It has 7 different forms of magnesium paired with fulvic/humic acid!

UNDER THE TREE

WOMEN DON’T EAT ENOUGH PROTEIN! This important message was drilled into me by Dr Gabrielle Lyon, who has really created an important movement for protein in women’s hormonal health. It dictates everything from pregnancy all the way to menopause and dictates how quickly our metabolism health declines after that phase.

Shortly put, we need to be eating the same grams of protein that is considered our ideal body weight in pounds. And clean beef isolate protein powder is the BEST way to do this!

Did you know that you could find organic cotton leggings at a fraction of the cost of Lululemon? These are what I have been slowly switching my athletic wardrobe out with! Long gone are the days of me spending over $100 on plastic leggings…

Not all redlights were created equal. This Fringe redlight in particular combines two different healing light wavelengths of red light (660nm) and infrared light (850nm) for cellular regeneration as well as reduced inflammation and pain.

I currently am using my panel on my thyroid and over my stomach to help with my thyroid function as well as gut health!

I’ll keep this simple. Here is why I drink Purity coffee:

  • Mold-free
  • Mycotoxin-free
  • Certified organic and tested free of pesticides and other contaminants
  • Specialty grade for exceptional taste and highest quality beans
  • Regeneratively and/or biodynamically farmed for sustainability

And most importantly, I am highly caffeine sensitive and coffee sends me into an anxious spiral. BUT I LOVE THE TASTE. I don’t get the anxious jitters with this.

No secret we are carnivores that eat a ton of protein in the Fernandini family. My husband alone goes through 8-10 eggs per day along with usually a steak, fish, or chicken.

So for him, my plan is always to get him a meat subscription box from Force of Nature Meats, as they have a focus on high-quality regenerative agriculture.

I am without a doubt a linen lover so I invested in 100% French Linen that helps regulate temperature ( especially for hot sleepers such as myself). If you know me, you know I love to talk about fabric frequency.

Air Doctor Filter

Nothing is more important to me than clean air and clean water which is why I also made an important move to add the AirDoctor 3000 into our bedroom. I am very worried about things like mold in Florida so I add an extra layer of protection.

My model circulates 638 sq ft 4x per hour!

Finally, the biggest investment you can do in your bedroom of course is a non-toxic organic mattress. After doing some research into all the different buzzwords like “all natural,” “eco,” and “non-toxic” there is a lot of greenwashing it seems and I found that Naturepedic was the brand that held the Global Organic Textile Standard ( GOTS certification) that I was looking for!

If I was going to replace my mattress, I wanted to make sure that I did it right- and boy were we pleased with how the mattress turned out!

It was my goal to keep this list slim and as functional as possible! These items I have personally used in my everyday life and can vouch for the quality and durability.

If you get to try any of these products, shoot me a DM!
